We provide a comprehensive one-stop solution for high-pressure aluminum die casting, encompassing tool engineering, Design for Manufacturability (DFM) analysis, high-pressure die casting, precision CNC machining, surface finishing (e.g., powder coating, anodizing), component assembly, and packing/shipping. Our integrated process ensures seamless production from prototype to mass production .

3. What about your prices?

Our prices are highly competitive due to advanced equipment and efficient processes that achieve cycle times as short as 45 seconds. We leverage precision engineering and automation to minimize costs while maintaining stringent quality standards, such as dimensional tolerances within±0.15mm.

4. What is your MOQ?

We impose No Minimum Order Quantity (MOQ) and welcome projects with flexible volumes, especially to support new projects in their growth phase. Our production flexibility allows us to accommodate both low-volume prototyping and high-volume mass production.

5. What is your Quality Control?

As an IATF 16949 certified manufacturer, our quality control integrates real-time monitoring of 200+ process parameters per cycle. We employ X-ray inspection, CMM (Coordinate Measuring Machine) for dimensional accuracy, and CT scannin to detect internal flaws as small as 15 microns. This ensures consistent output with defect rates below 0.8 parts per millio.

6. What is your payment term?

- Tooling/Mold Cost: 50% deposit, with the balance payable after sample approval.

- Bulk Production Orders: 30% deposit, with the balance payment terms negotiable upon order confirmation.

7. What is the delivery date?

Tooling/Mold Development: Typically 35-45 days, depending on design complexity.

Mass Production: Approximately 10-30 days after sample approval, varying with order quantity and production schedule.

8. Are you a trade company or manufacturer?
