In order to obtain the solid solution strengthening effect without the inconvenience of over-burning the alloy, sometimes the method of graded heating is used, that is, the temperature is kept at the low melting point eutectic temperature, so that the low melting point eutectic does not exist after the components are diffused and dissolved. Raise it to a higher temperature for heat preservation and quenching.
