If the passivation process of Aluminum Die Casting Components is unreasonable, it will affect the efficiency and quality of the entire production line. So what kind of process flow is reasonable? According to the company's main products, general aluminum alloy passivation can be divided into four processes.
Process 1: pre-degreasing, main degreasing, water washing, water washing, whitening and descaling, sonic cleaning and rinsing, water washing, activation, water washing, water washing, passivation, water washing, water washing, drying. This is a relatively complete process, which is widely applicable to different passivation environments and aluminum alloy products.
Process 2: The technological process after the polishing of Aluminum Die Casting Components: degreasing-water washing-water washing-activation-water washing-water washing-passivation-water washing-water washing-water washing-drying. If the workpiece is mechanically polished, the color of the film layer is required to be natural, and the requirements for corrosion resistance are not high. For example, the neutral salt spray test takes about 48-72 hours and can be used.
Process three: degreasing-washing-washing-passivation-washing-washing-drying. On the basis of the above, if the workpiece is well drained, the structure of the workpiece is relatively simple.
Process four: degreasing-washing-passivation-washing-drying.
